Institut Montéclair

Institut Montéclair is an organisation in Angers which has 100 employees and owns different activities in the field of visual impairment: support of young children in school and adults in mainstream for vocational training and employment. Montéclair intervene in the field of rehabilitation (daily skills activities and orientation & mobility), technical devices and computing for visually impaired people, but also in the field of adapted documentation to enable people, especially students, to have accessible documentation for school or at university, and also for adults to enable them to follow courses in vocational training. Montéclair is also working more and more for elderly people to maintain the life at home, in mainstream, in bringing skills and knowledge on the field of rehabilitation and support also on accessible computing for those who use these tools.
