How to compensate limitations of eyesight at age and not to waive beloved and daily essential activities? What’s a pleasing way to address the elderly by information on the Internet?
These and other topics have been discussed on the 3rd international workshop of the project eVision55+ which was directed by the BFW Halle and hosted by NCBI, Dublin. During the 2-days session the participants from The Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany worked on the layout and content of an accessible Internet platform, which is planned to offer information and assistance for people with age-related sight loss.
